Method of Payment
Registration fees must be paid online by credit card. All payments must be made in Japanese yen.
Regular and Student Registration include Conference Bag, Program Booklet, and Abstract Book (in electronic media).
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations made in writing and received by the Secretariat by August 20, 2012 (JST) will be eligible for a full refund minus a JPY 5,000 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 21, 2012 or for no-shows.

Badges
Name badges must be worn at all times during the conference and at social functions for identification and security purposes.
Full registration (regular or student) is necessary to enter scientific programs including poster sessions. However, registered accompanying persons are cordially invited to attend the opening and closing ceremonies and all the following conference events on Sunday and on Friday. Please enjoy the atmosphere of the majestic conference hall where many historic international meetings have taken place. (Accompanying person's registration does not include admission to scientific programs except for the Opening Plenary Lecture given by Professor Hiroyuki Hamada.)
