Method of Payment
Registration fees must be paid online by credit card. All payments must be made in Japanese yen.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations made in writing and received by the Secretariat by August 20, 2012 (JST) will be eligible for a full refund minus a JPY 5,000 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 21, 2012 or for no-shows.

Badges
Name badges must be worn at all times during the conference and at social functions for identification and security purposes.
